Terms of Service

The service

Career Mode is a web app, also available as an iOS and Android app, for tracking FIFA / EA Sports FC Career Mode saves: squads, academies, transfers, seasons and trophies. The core tracker is free; a paid Pro plan unlocks extra features, and My Team sells coins and packs.

Not affiliated with EA

Career Mode is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Electronic Arts Inc., EA Sports, EA SPORTS FC, FUT, FIFA, or any football club or league. Club and competition names and badges are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify them within your save.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe: you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and use one account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Pro subscription

• Pro is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• On the website, Pro is processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account’s billing page: you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• In the iOS and Android apps, Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your Career Mode account does not cancel it.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we cannot issue them.
• If you are a consumer in the EU and bought Pro on the website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after your first purchase — contact us on Discord (https://discord.gg/FCgz9BEsuq) within that window for a refund.
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.

Coins and packs

• My Team coins and packs are virtual items for use in Career Mode only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold outside the game. You can earn them by playing or buy them: on the website through Stripe, in the apps as one-time (consumable) purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
• A pack gives random player cards. The odds of every pack are shown before you buy it (My Team → Store → Pack odds, and in the coin shop).
• Coins and packs are delivered to your account as soon as the purchase goes through and are used up when spent. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as the App Store’s or Google Play’s refund policy allows, or where the law requires it.
• Coins and cards are a licence to use these items in the game, not property. Unused coins and cards are lost if you delete your account. We may correct balances changed by an error or by abuse of these terms.

Your content

Everything you add to Career Mode — your saves and your images — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store that content and display it back to you (and, if you share a season to the Community, to visitors) in order to operate the service.

Do not upload images that are unlawful, infringing or offensive. We may remove content that is.

Your My Team club’s name and crest are seen by other players. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users: names and crests that are offensive, hateful, sexual or that impersonate someone are not allowed. Offensive names are refused when you save them; any player can report a club or block its owner, a club reported by several players is hidden at once, and we review every report within 24 hours and may remove the name and crest or close the account.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service.
• Do not use bots, scripts or other automated tools to bulk-query the player search or download the player database, club data or community trends, or to access other users’ data. Crawling our public pages in line with robots.txt (search engines and AI assistants included) is fine.
• Do not copy, republish or resell the site’s player database, club data or community statistics, or use them to build a competing service, without our written permission.
• Do not resell the service or impersonate other people.

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

Career Mode is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change, be added or be removed over time. Keep your own copies of images you care about.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
