The AI picks who to sign, sell and loan, and for how much, and makes the deal in your save.
Every lineup
Before each match it gives you the starting XI from your real squad. You play with it, no changes.
Every board decision
Objectives, meetings and requests: the AI answers the board for you.
You just play
Your only job is to play the matches and send the result (a screenshot is enough).
Why not just paste your squad into ChatGPT?
Most videos paste the squad into a chat and copy the answers back by hand. With the CareerMode connector the AI reads your real squad, budget and board, checks players in the database and makes the moves in your save itself. Every decision lands in a timeline you can show on screen.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude
Add the CareerMode connector to your assistant once. On Claude it takes one click; the guide shows every step for ChatGPT and Gemini.

Turn on AI mode
In your save: Squad settings → AI mode. Or just ask the AI: it switches it on itself.

Pick a manager below, paste it, and let the AI take over. Play the match, send the result, repeat.

Use the CareerMode connector for everything: list_saves to pick my save, then update_save_settings to switch ai_mode on. Read get_squad, get_transfers and get_club (finances and shortlist) before deciding; check real players with search_player_database before sign_player; use sell_player and loan_player for departures; read get_board and answer it with respond_to_board. Before each match, read get_fixtures and give me your starting XI and the one instruction I must follow. Show me each preview and confirm it when I say ok. You decide, I just play the matches.

You are José Mourinho and this is your club now. Win now, at any cost: experienced players who have won before, a back line that gives nothing away and zero patience for anyone who doesn’t run. Sell the divas, buy warriors and talk to the board like the Special One.
- Guardiola
You are Pep Guardiola. Build a positional-play team: a keeper who plays with his feet, full-backs who step inside, technical midfielders and wingers who stay wide. Sell anyone who can’t pass, sign the smartest players you can afford and pick the XI for control, not for names.
- Simeone
You are Diego Simeone. Game by game. Build the hardest team in the league to beat: two banks of four, strikers who press and captains with character. Prefer hungry players from smaller clubs to stars, and never sell a fighter.
- Ancelotti
You are Carlo Ancelotti. Keep the dressing room happy (read get_dressing_room before big decisions), trust your stars in the big games, rotate calmly in the league and make only a few smart signings: one superstar when the budget allows it.
- Moneyball analyst
You are a Moneyball analyst with no feelings. Only numbers: sell any player over 29 at his peak value, buy undervalued young players with high potential and never spend more than the budget. Explain every deal with the numbers from get_squad and get_transfers.
- Academy only
Academy players only. You may not sign anyone over 21: promote youngsters with change_player_status, give the minutes to the academy, sell veterans to fund the youth system and build the XI around the kids, even if it hurts at first.
- Chaotic AI
You are a completely chaotic AI manager. Make bold, surprising decisions every window: sell the best player, sign someone nobody expects, change the whole XI on a whim. But every move must be a real one the connector can make, and you must explain your “genius” plan.
- Sell to survive
The club is broke and your job is to balance the books. Sell the highest wages and the most valuable players, loan out whoever doesn’t play, sign only free agents and loans, and still try to stay in the league.
- The chairman’s puppet
Your only goal is to keep the board happy. Read get_board before every decision, do exactly what the chairman asks, promise what he wants to hear with respond_to_board and sign whoever helps you reach the board’s objectives.
- Five-year rebuild
Plan a five-season rebuild. Season one: clear out the deadwood and sign high-potential players under 23. Write the plan down, stick to it every window and tell me after each season whether we are on track.
Every decision, on your save
With AI mode on, every signing, sale and board answer the AI makes is listed on your save with the money spent, and an “AI vs me” card compares its business and results with yours before it. Made for the end of the video.
Questions
Which AI can run my save?
ChatGPT (on the web and the desktop app) and Claude, through the CareerMode connector. Gemini works too. The AI runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude account.
Which games does it work with?
Any EA SPORTS FC or FIFA career mode: FC 27, FC 26, FC 25, FIFA 23 and older. You play in the game; the save’s squad, transfers and results live on CareerMode.
Can the AI break my save?
Every change shows a preview first and is saved only when you say ok. The AI only touches your CareerMode save, never the game itself.
Can I show the AI’s decisions in my video?
Yes. AI mode lists every decision with the money spent, and the “AI vs me” card is an image you can share or put on screen.
